Meet Shellie Clark
An Experienced Yoga Teacher
After serving the community for over 26 years, Shellie Clark retired from police work. She coped with the stress from the job by training and competing in many endurance races. Although she didn’t see it as a problem at the time, another coping mechanism was consuming alcohol to numb the pain. Shellie fell in love with yoga when she began to practice with Heather Fairman. She immersed herself into studying yoga philosophy among several other courses, earning her E-RYT 200 certificate as a register yoga teacher with over 450 hours of teaching experience. She continues to study and strives to live the yogic lifestyle.
“Yoga has saved my life. I was filled with so much negativity and was in a very
dark place for most of my life. The way you feel about yourself determines how
you think, what you do, and how you interact with the world. Yoga is a tool to help
us find our true nature and overcome our obstacles. Yoga is for anyone looking to
find your power and peace from within”. “Being Present Brings Bliss”
